The Encounter Your Potential Foundation provides Youth and Young Adults with education around the importance of owning your personal brand presence with particular attention to digital brand presence.
Our young people are already online. We help them leverage their online digital presence for good and in support of any future endeavors.
Our curriculum helps shape and guide the positioning young adults for career and future success. We do this by building awareness of a strong and positive personal brand as well as providing exposure to presence building skills like public speaking, dining etiquette, interview training, creating a resume, and social media usage best practices.
THE FOUNDER
Sandra is a results-driven and self-motivated Afro-Latina with a passion for workplace diversity. As the founder of Encounter Your Potential, she’s helped businesses grow, sustain, and transform. Sandra combines her diversity and inclusion leadership experience with her sales and marketing background to create, execute, and enhance organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As an Afro-Latina, she’s experienced the multicultural world, which drove her to create a virtual space where businesswomen like her could share their own experiences.
